The 2021 Power of Pink Event was held on October 7, 2021, as a hybrid event due to the uncertain times caused by COVID19. Workout and wellness events were held in-person and virtually, indoors and outdoors, in Bethesda, MD. Following the workouts and wellness programs, an outside luncheon was held, along with the Silent Auction. Laura Evans, Emmy-winning former Fox5 anchor, was the emcee, a role she’s graciously fulfilled over the years.

The program in 2021 consisted of the following:
- 8:30 AM VIRTUAL YOGA SCULPT AND 11 AM YOGA SCULPT
The Power of Pink founder, Karen Leder, led a 60-minute yoga sculpt class to promote stretching, strengthening, and toning of muscles. Participants took their own sets of weights (3, 5 or 8 lb.) and yoga mats. The workout was live-streamed on Zoom at 8:30 am and at 11 am.
- 11 AM YOGA AND MEDITATION – OUTSIDE
Samantha Kinard guided participants through a powerful vinyasa flow yoga practice and concluded with a grounding meditation practice. A yoga mat was required for this, as well.
- 11 AM PILATES MAT- OUTISDE
Tomica Carter, personal trainer and fitness instructor taught a Pilates mat class that helps stretching, strengthening, and toning. A yoga mat was required, as well.

- PINK PUMPKIN DECORATING – INSIDE
